The renovation project for the office at Via Canonica 28, completed at the end of 2024, arose from the need to renovate the spaces, combining aesthetics and functionality. The project was overseen by Ethos Costruzioni in collaboration with architect Negri. Our team of professionals carefully supervised every phase of the work, focusing not only on operational needs but also on the dialogue between the building and its urban context: a historic area, not of the new generation, which retains an authentic and distinctive character. The rooms have been reinterpreted with a style that combines modern lines with retro influences, giving the spaces a strong and recognizable identity. In this process, the choice of wallpaper from the London Art collection played a decisive role: innovative textures and graphics have given the rooms an original look, transforming the walls into real pieces of furniture.
