This page describes the methods by which Londonart srl, with registered offices at via Migliadizzi, 18, 36025 Noventa Vic.na (VI), Italy, VAT no. 03750840245, as the Controller, processes personal data.

This policy is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - the GDPR - and applies to anyone who interacts with Londonart srl.

This policy does not apply to any other website that might be available through a link found on this site.

This document may be subject to updates. Specific information will be provided and any requests for consent will be made in the case in which further or other processing, with respect to that given below, is necessary.

We inform you that, in any case, on the basis of article 130(4) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the email addresses provided by clients as part of the sale of a service can be used by the Controller for the purposes of selling services similar to those which were the subject of the commercial relationship(s) previously held. The client may, at any time, request that sending such material be suspended by using the Londonart srl email address indicated or by using the appropriate link found in the communications received.

MINORS

Londonart srl does not knowingly use its website to request data from minors under the age of 14.

METHODS BY WHICH DATA IS PROCESSED

Processing data for each of the purposes listed above will be done using paper, electronic and/or telematic means which, in any case, will ensure that the relative processing is done under suitable levels of security and confidentiality.

The data collected (limited to personal data) may be communicated to countries outside of the EU for the purposes listed above: in this case, Londonart srl undertakes to ensure adequate levels of protection in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The Controller undertakes to enact specific security measures in order to prevent any loss of data, unlawful or improper use of such data and unauthorised access to the same, in full compliance with the law and applicable regulations.

PARTIES INVOLVED IN PROCESSING

The data collected may be processed, exclusively for the purposes listed above, to Londonart srl personnel or third-party personnel including:

  • the Controller’s clients and/or suppliers where such communication is necessary in order to execute the service delivered and/or requested (e.g. couriers, shipping agents, etc.)
  • companies that provide IT maintenance and website maintenance and management services;
  • professional firms, companies that provide assistance and consulting services to the Controller (accountants, employment/labour consultants, internal control bodies, banks, etc.)
  • public entities where authorised, within the limits of legislative, regulatory and contractual provisions

The updated list of appointed processors (in terms of processing personal data) may be requested from the Controller.

A DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

The parties to whom the personal data refers may exercise their rights, as established in articles 15-21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in the ways established by article 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and, as a consequence:

  • obtain access to the personal data that concerns them, have this data rectified or erased, restrict processing of such data or oppose such processing, as well as the right to data portability;
  • revoke consent, if processing is done on the basis of article 6(1)(a), at any moment, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing done on the basis of consent prior to this consent being revoked;
  • lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
